is nestled on five acres with picturesque view toward Cat Springs and only 1.2 miles from Town Square, less than 1/2 block from Concordia Hall. Eight rooms available – all rooms have private baths and cable TV.

1. The Carriage House – sleeps three and is rustic and cozy with claw foot tub and shower. It has two iron beds and a small refrigerator and is $125 per couple, $15 for third person.

2. The Garden Cottage – All three bedrooms with private baths
   The Garden Room - $100 - Queen size bed
   The Shabby Chic Room - $90 - Full size bed
   The Master With own sitting room with fireplace $125 - Queen size bed
   All rooms furnished with quality antiques and decorative items. Vary large front porch with two iron couches and a table and chairs with a GREAT VIEW. The Cottage has a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator.

3. Upstairs Main House
   The Oak Room sleeps three - $125 per couple, $15 for third person.
   The Walnut Room sleeps two - $100

4. Roses and Rosemary Cottage
   Chelsea’s Haven - $125 per couple- Queen size bed
   Fluer de Lis - $140 per couple - Queen size bed

Cash or cheque on arrival. First night lodging is required in advance. Sorry no refunds (we will reschedule with 24 hours notice)

Cancellations for rooms must be made two weeks in advance for major weekends (Round Top, Trail Ride, etc. . . . On normal days one week or earlier. If not canceled within 7 days then a cancellation fee equal to one night is due.

Check in at 1:00 PM and check out at 11:30 AM, discounts are given on multi room bookings, but not on special event weekends. Sorry no children or pets, smoking on porches only.
